The app freezes or closes
First, update the app to the latest version — most problems are already fixed in newer releases.
If the problem remains after updating:
- Delete the app and install it again
- Restart your phone
If that doesn't help, contact us. The contact form attaches a short technical report automatically, which makes it much faster for us to find the cause.
