The SMS code doesn't arrive — what to do?

There can be a few reasons. Check the following:

• Look in the Spam folder. The SMS comes from Lalu or 3700, and such messages sometimes land in spam.
• Make sure the number is active. If the number is inactive under your tariff, the SMS will not be delivered.
• Wait a couple of minutes and try again — there may be a delay on the operator's side.
