Community: groups, languages and rules

The Community tab is where mothers ask each other questions and share experience. Questions are grouped and language-tagged so your feed stays relevant.

Groups

You are placed in a group automatically — by pregnancy month or the baby's age — plus topic groups such as Health, Nutrition, Sleep and Breastfeeding. Open Groups to hide any group from your feed; your own group is always visible.

Languages

By default you see questions in the app language. In Profile → Settings → Community languages you can add more languages to your feed.

Posting

• Ask a question, add photos if it helps; you can hide the images behind a tap for sensitive content
• Answers from other mothers are not medical advice — for medical questions, always consult a doctor, and in an emergency call 103
• Be kind and respectful. Advertising, spam and insults lead to a ban
