Deleting your account
You can delete your Lalu profile and all its data from the app.
- Open Profile and tap the pencil on your profile card to open Profile details
- Tap Delete account and confirm
What happens next
- Your profile, accounts, logs, memories and Community activity are scheduled for deletion
- There is a 30-day window: if you sign in again during that time, the deletion is cancelled and everything is restored
- After 30 days the data is removed permanently and cannot be recovered
An active Premium subscription is not refunded by deleting the account — cancel it first (see the Premium article). If you only want to stop notifications or change the mode, you don't need to delete anything.
